Closed, But open for Business
Shutter down means closed for business usually... but the perforated steel shutter is so effective that it actually gives the opposite impression that you are not even closed. The perforated shutter is in effect a contribution to a better environment, by providing a protective steel shutter with a pleasing aesthetic appearance, geared to encouraging the almost lost delight of window shopping in city and town areas at night.
The perforated Steel Shutter 75 is electrically operated using an internal barrel motor within the roller barrel assembly and is controlled by a key switch for single phase operation. Remote control is also available. Manual operation is only available on small single door sizes.
As an alternative to roller shutters with punched slats we offer a range of roller shutters with perforated slats. Available in either aluminium or galvanised steel, this option also offers a degree of vision and a high level of security
Aluminium perforated roller shutters are available with manual or electric operation. Manual operation is by crank rod winding handle, manual spring loaded operation with a key lock located to the bottom rail or hand chain operated. Electric operation is by a tubular motor controlled by a key switch as standard with other control options on offer. This shutter is available in a polyester powder coat finish to either a RAL or BS colour to suit your requirements.
The galvanised steel perforated shutter is also available with both manual or electric operation. The manual push up self coiling option is provided with either pin locks welded to the side guides or an espagnolette lock located to the bottom rail. Electric operation is by a tubular motor controlled by a key switch as standard with a range of other control options on offer. This shutter is supplied either in a galvanised steel finish or a polyester powder coat finish in a RAL or BS colour to suit your requirements.

The perforated Steel Shutter is a revolutionary concept in roller shutter design. It combines the protection traditionally afforded by standard roller shutters but now with a unique "perforated steel" effect when the window display is illuminated at night. perforated Steel Shutter 75 is a product of high specifications and can be electrically operated. For lighter applications Transparent Roller Shutter 50 provides a cost effective solution in providing the attributes of the product to smaller sized installations with manual or electrical operation. Both perforated Steel Shutter 75 & 50 products are coloured with a P.V.C coating or powder paint finish, to add to an effective window display
